Highland Gifts For Men offers the following shipping options for delivery within the U.S. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, APO addresses or US territories.

Highland Gifts For Men uses UPS and FedEx to offer the following shipping options:

*Product Processing Information:

• For personalized gifts, add three additional business days for processing for most personalized products. (Please refer to individual product pages for details.)

Shipping Details:

• Last-Minute Gifts: Items from our Last-Minute Gifts collection will ship the same day if ordered on a weekday by 9pm ET, Monday–Friday. Just select 2 Business Day Service (for arrival in two business days) or Next Business Day Service (for arrival next business day). All other orders require one to two business days to process before shipping.
• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by carriers.
• Perishable gifts may have restrictions on shipping method.
• Shipping Surcharge: Some items may have an additional shipping and handling surcharge. (Please refer to individual product pages for details.)
• Gift Certificates are shipped free of charge using USPS First Class delivery.
• Alaska and Hawaii items ship via 2 Business Day Service and may require an additional day for delivery.
• If you order more than one item and one or more of your items are backordered, your in-stock item(s) will be shipped per our normal processing time. Your backordered item(s) will be shipped separately at no additional charge when they become available.

Returns & Exchanges

Highland Gifts For Men is happy to replace a gift with another selection, issue a gift certificate or refund the credit card used for its purchase. Please note: Monogrammed and personalized gifts may not be returned unless they are damaged. Additionally, we are unable to refund gift box or gift wrap charges and cannot accept them as a return.

To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

Repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip.

Obtain a gift return (GR) number by calling Customer Service, 404-817-0470, during normal business hours.

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Highland Gifts For Men is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

If you are returning a gift because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, Highland Gifts For Men will provide a prepaid USPS return label.
